If you have a problem with your order, please email us at cowboysindians@aol.com with the order #, your name and what you would like us to do. If the order is lost, we will supply you with any available tracking/information and what can be done. If it is broken, depending on the item, you may or may not have to return the item. Either way the item will be replaced! If you don't like the quality, return the item(s) within 30 days in the same condition and packaging that you received it and we will issue a credit, exchange or refund on the item(s), whichever you prefer. Sorry, we do not give refunds for freight! After 30 days all sales are final, all applicable product warranties still apply.
