To help ensure our customers are familiar with our policies, we have assembled a list of the most frequently asked questions.  If you do not see the answer you are looking for, please contact us with your inquiry.

• What payment methods do you accept?  We accept: Master Card/Visa, American Express, PayPal and Discover, through Paypal.  At checkout you will receive any pertinent information required to use your selected payment means.
• How long does it take for my order to ship?  Normally, your order will leave our warehouses in 1-3 days from time of order.
• What shipping methods do you use?  Normal shipping is done via UPS ground service, USPS Priority.  Part of our services when you shop with us is we will send you an email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse with a UPS tracking number and a direct link to the UPS Tracking Service, so you will be able to track your order right to your door.  Sorry but USPS shipments will not be issued a tracking number nor insured.  Only UPS and DHL will have that.
• Do you ship outside the continental U.S."  We ship orders nationally and to Alaska and Hawaii.  We DO NOT ship to Canada.  There is a minimum order of $100.00 to ship to Alaska or Hawaii. NO COD's!  See "Shipping" for rates.
• I have a problem with my order, what should I do?  If you receive your order and have a problem with it or you did not receive your order, this is what you should do.  Please email us with the order # and your name, what the problem is and what you would like us to do.  If the order is lost, we will supply you with any available tracking information and what can be done.  If it is broken, notify us immediately.  Depending on the item, you may or may not have to return the item (our call).  Either way the item will be replaced.  If you don't like the quality, return the item(s) within 30 days and we will issue a credit, exchange or refund on the item(s), whichever you prefer.  Sorry, we do not give refunds for freight.  After 30 days of purchase, all sales are final.  All applicable product warrantees, still apply.
• What is Alabastrite?  Our fine line of Alabastrite creations are fashioned from a stone-based, poly-resin material, called (Alabastrite).  This unique combination allows the sculpting mastery of the artisan to be captured in intricate detail in each handsomely finished product.
